Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
We offer free shipping in orders over $100 that ship within the Continental U.S. (not including Alaska and Hawaii or U.S. Territories) and don't include oversize or overweight items. We display "oversize" or "overweight" notifications near the Add to Cart button on the product page of any of these items (usually travel cases, work stands and complete bikes). We discount premium shipping options on orders over $100, too, so you can choose a faster shipping method, like 2-day, often for less than you'd normally pay for regular Ground shipping.
Orders Ship the Same Day We Receive Them
The products you see on our site are in stock in our warehouse and ready for immediate shipment. Cyclocross.com inventory is updated in real time. Domestic orders received before 2:00PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday (except holidays) usually leave our warehouse the same day they're received. APO/FPO orders must be shipped through the USPS and may be delayed by one business day.
Shipping Calculator and Shipping Methods
We make it easy to see shipping costs, and help you figure out the best way to save on shipping. Under the Add to Cart button on each product page, we include a link to our Shipping Calculator. Inputting your zip/postal code (or country for orders outside the US and Canada) generates an instant quote for all available shipping options to your shipping location. The Shipping Calculator shows you the cost to ship that individual item, plus the current shipping cost of your whole shopping cart. We can often pack multiple items in one shipping box to save you money, so usually the more items you order, the less you pay. Our Shipping Calculator lets you see that happening, and also lets you know when you've reaching $100 and your whole order will ship for free.
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) to ship all orders. Based on your order and shipping destination, we display all available shipping options during checkout.
We offer UPS Ground service with guaranteed delivery for orders shipped within the Continental U.S. and also offer premium expedited UPS shipping options. We display an estimated delivery date during your checkout process so you'll know when to expect your order. We do our best to ensure your order arrives by that estimated date, and we've found that UPS meets or exceeds that estimated delivery date on about 97% of our orders (not including holidays).
We're not permitted to ship CO2 cartridges or inflators that include cartridges or any volatile materials, such as certain lubricants or compressed air canisters, by air. Unfortunately, orders containing these items cannot be expedited.
International Shipping
We generally recommend USPS International Airmail Parcel Post as the most cost-effective service for International shipments. Shipments often reach locations such as Australia, New Zealand and Europe in two weeks or less using this service. We offer UPS Worldwide Express as a faster alternative the USPS, and this service also provides tracking information and includes the customs brokerage fee in the shipping cost. International orders generally require slightly longer to process and prepare. Please note that International shipments may incur additional import duty, local taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable). We have no control over these fees and payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the receiver. Duty, tax and brokerage fees are collected at the time of delivery. Please contact your local authorities to determine the potential cost of these fees before ordering. Though it is still possible for customs to delay delivery of an order for inspection by as much as two weeks, we attach an invoice that includes a detailed description of the products to the outside of each International delivery box to help your shipment move through customs as quickly as possible.
