No RA Required—Our Super Simple Returns Policy

Please never hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order if you have questions about a product. There's a good chance one of us here has used or is currently using just about everything we sell, and we're always happy to offer opinions and advice.

Our goal is to make shopping with us as easy as possible. Every product we offer comes with a simple 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it to us for exchange or a refund your purchase price. Please save your box and all packing materials for return until you're confident in your selection. Please use a carpeted floor when trying on shoes, and avoid installing cleats until you're comfortable with the fit of your shoes. We recommend wrapping saddle rails in electrical tape or similar thin, easily removable material to prevent scratches when confirming fit.


Really, No Return Authorization Required

Yes. It's true. No return authorization number is necessary. Just ship your items back to us with a copy of your invoice or a printout of your confirmation email and a note indicating how you'd like us to handle the return. Please include your daytime phone number in case we have any questions.

Warranty Service

We are glad to assist you directly with warranty service on any product purchased from us. In dealing directly with the manufacturer ourselves, we can almost always provide you with faster service.


Size Exchanges

We understand the challenge of selecting shoes and apparel without being able to try on items, so we offer FREE UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 states for size exchange shipments of shoes, helmets and apparel products.


International Returns & Exchanges

Please note that international customers are responsible for all return shipments to us, including warranty claims. All products must be returned at the customer's expense in order to be refunded or warrantied.

To help facilitate the return process and speed up your resolution, all international returns will be processed as refunds. We regret that we cannot offer exchanges on international returns, but our goal is to issue your refund as quickly as possible, allowing you to place a replacement order at your convenience.
