Our goal is to make shopping with us as easy as possible. Every product we offer comes with a simple 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it to us for exchange or a refund your purchase price. Please save your box and all packing materials for return until you're confident in your selection. Please use a carpeted floor when trying on shoes, and avoid installing cleats until you're comfortable with the fit of your shoes. We recommend wrapping saddle rails in electrical tape or similar thin, easily removable material to prevent scratches when confirming fit.
Really, No Return Authorization Required
Yes. It's true. No return authorization number is necessary. Just ship your items back to us with a copy of your invoice or a printout of your confirmation email and a note indicating how you'd like us to handle the return. Please include your daytime phone number in case we have any questions.
